Hillsboro Trailers Announces Endura XD Livestock Trailer

We are excited to launch our new Endura XD livestock trailer that we showed a prototype at our dealer meeting and recently the NATDA show. At the show the Endura XD was awarded "Best of Show" livestock trailer. Also, at Husker Harvest Days it was awarded Husker Harvest favorite new product introduced at the show!

The spec sheets and pricing are currently available on our Dealer Portal for download and printing. As we mentioned earlier, we plan to manufacture the XD in our new Newton trailer manufacturing plant beginning early February 2026. Endura, car and utility trailer production is in Newton as of Oct. 6th, 2025. Final testing and engineering are underway for our production of XD’s!

The standard specs are: 

*Available in 7’6” and 8’2" widths
* 28’-40’ lengths
* Axle sizes are: 2-8K, 3-7K, 3-8K, 2-10K and 3-10K. NOTE 3-10K are FET trailers.
*3-8K will have a GVWR of 25,000# and 3-10K will have a GVWR of 35,900#
* We can have multiple door and ramp openings in front and rear of axles and on both sides, which is very popular in the livestock show industry and commercial producers.
* New T&G floor with aggressive/deeper traction points with 4” I beam on 12” centers
* Heights up to 8’8” interior
*Galvanized subframe and A frame under GN
