One of the most-sought-after shows in the trailer industry, the NATDA Trailer Show, formerly the NATDA Trade Show & Convention, has become the one-stop-shop for light and medium-duty trailer industry professionals for over a decade. Trailer categories including ATV, boat, car hauler, cargo, concession, dump, enclosed, fifth wheel, flat bed, gooseneck, heavy equipment, heavy utility, horse, livestock, living quarter, motorsports, overland, race, RV/toy hauler, snowmobile, tilt, towable RV, truck bed and utility are all represented.

The annual show brings the innovative and exciting industry-related products straight to trailer and truck bed dealership professionals. From the latest dump trailer designs to software designed to solidify their inventory, the NATDA Trailer Show brings the trailer and truck bed industry’s advancements to the forefront.


Who can attend the Trailer Show?

Dealership Owners and Staff

NATDA welcomes trailer dealers and any operating dealer in a similar category or industry, such as RV, auto, marine, power sports, heavy equipment and agricultural machinery. A dealership, as defined by NATDA, is a brick and mortar location where trailers, truck beds or components of similar categories, such as those listed above, are sold or rented, maintenance services are provided or industry-related retail parts are sold.

Trailer / Truck Bed Manufacturers and Suppliers

Your company must be a 2023 NATDA Member to receive a 1-day pass to walk the trade show. A 1-day pass only applies to businesses that have never attended the show and are interested in exhibiting. Each representative from your organization must sign a non-solicitation agreement, acknowledging that nobody from  your company will solicit your business during your attendance at any or all NATDA Trailer Show events. If you’ve previously attended a show, your company will be required to exhibit at the 2023 NATDA Trailer Show.

A supplier, as defined by NATDA, is either a service provider – financial institution, insurance provider, website or software developer, business solutions, etc. – or a parts & components manufacturer or distributor. Parts & components categories frequently found at our show consist of axle and components, brake assemblies, brake controls and actuators, cargo and outdoor gear, chemicals and coating, electrical and lighting, hitches, jacks, couplers and winches, suspension systems, tires and wheels, trailering components and related products. 

Media

Anyone requesting a media badge must cover the NATDA Trailer Show as a journalist for film, print, radio, or digital media. The media cannot solicit exhibitors.


Any media member, or anyone with a media group who wishes to sell ad space or solicit sponsorships/partnerships at the NATDA Trailer Show, must apply as an exhibitor. Any sales/solicitation must take place within the confines of your organization’s assigned booth.
