Lippert Expands Volunteer Effort into Real-Time Community Impact Across Elkhart County

Elkhart, IN – Lippert Components, Inc. (Lippert®), a leading supplier of highly engineered products and customized solutions for the RV industry, during its annual Volunteer Week, is turning a large-scale volunteer effort into something the community can see and feel in real time.

With the launch of Pack Out 2.0, what was once a packing initiative for team members has evolved into a full-cycle community activation — moving from warehouse floors to local neighborhoods in a matter of days. Over three nights, Lippert team members will pack more than 123,000 food and personal hygiene items into 5,000 boxes. But the bigger story is what happens next.

On Thursday, April 23, from 4 to 6 p.m., those boxes will be distributed directly to local families through four drive-through sites in Elkhart, Goshen, Nappanee, and Middlebury, in partnership with the Boys & Girls Clubs. The distribution is open to anyone who needs a Food Box, no questions asked. That shift — from packing to immediate, local distribution — is what makes Pack Out 2.0 different.
