Timpte Adds Innovative Ramped Trailer To Motorsports
Timpte, Inc. (Timpte), is proud to announce the launch of its latest innovation to its equipment trailer lineup– Ramped Beavertail and Ramped Flat Deck trailers. Designed to meet the diverse needs of its customers, these lightweight all-aluminum Ramped trailers provide a multi-purpose hauling solution suitable for a wide range of applications.
Available now, these new models are available in four (4) configurations: 718, 720, 1018, and 1020 in both Beavertail and Flat Deck styles.
“We are very excited to add these models to our equipment trailer portfolio and bring innovation to the industry,” added Aaron Mead, General Manager. “This is just the beginning of exciting this to come in 2024 showcasing Timpte’s commitment to this product line.” In December 2023, Timpte broke ground on the construction of a brand new 200,000-square-foot manufacturing facility to be completed by year-end.
Features and Specifications:
Superior Construction: Most aluminum trailer manufacturers rely on welding joints which can weaken the integrity of the trailer by up to 40 percent. Instead, Timpte uses proprietary extruded aluminum components and mechanically fastened joints to provide a much more rugged and durable construction. Unlike welding, which allows for more variance in components, Timpte’s method demands meticulous craftsmanship, drilling, and careful part coordination.
Payload and Durability: Haul more with higher payload capacity potential with trailer empty weight ranging from 1,500 lbs. to 1,950 lbs. respectively based on total gross vehicle weight.
Easy Operation: Driving onto the trailer is easy with 17” width ramps, and 82.5” deck width. The trailer rear features a slotted groove to safely lock ramps in place to avoid sliding when loading or unloading equipment. Ramps are stored under the decking and held in place with a safety pin.
