Polar King to Showcase Largest-Ever Trailer Lineup at 2026 NATDA Trailer Show
Fort Wayne, IN — Polar King will bring its largest-ever trailer offering 
to the 2026 North American Trailer Dealers Association (NATDA) Trailer Show, Sept. 1–3 at Music City Center in Nashville.
Attendees can visit Polar King at Booth No. 1238 to see three distinct refrigerated and freezer trailer solutions: the Polar King Everest, Ursa Major and Polar King Avalanche trailers.
“This is the biggest offering we’ve ever brought to NATDA, and what makes it especially exciting is how different these three trailers are from one another,” said Andy Hogan, national sales manager for the Polar King Trailer Division. “Everest brings battery operation and solar-assisted charging to mobile refrigeration. Ursa Major gives customers a larger, rugged platform for demanding applications. The Avalanche provides ground-level loading through its drop-deck design. Each trailer has unique capabilities, and together they demonstrate how we’re expanding the ways customers can put mobile cold storage to work.”
Polar King Everest Electric Refrigerated Trailer: Built on a 6' x 12' platform, the Everest is Polar King’s battery-operated, solar-assisted refrigerated and freezer trailer. Its hybrid solar-assist and charging system supplements battery power and extends runtime, while offering multiple charging options for greater flexibility. The all-electric trailer maintains a temperature range of 0°F to 50°F. By combining battery-powered refrigeration with solar-assisted charging, Everest provides a mobile cold storage option for applications that prioritize flexibility, quiet operation, and reduced dependence on continuous external power.
Polar King Ursa Major: The 6' x 20' Ursa Major trailer is purpose-built for larger-scale and demanding mobile cold storage applications. With a temperature range of 0°F to 50°F, the Ursa Major is built on a Diamond C FMAX210 gooseneck trailer platform and includes an integrated aluminum slider ramp with hydraulic lift assist to support efficient loading and unloading. Its size and rugged platform make it well suited for emergency response, disaster recovery, and other operations requiring dependable, high-capacity mobile refrigeration.
Polar King Avalanche: The Polar King Avalanche takes a different approach to accessibility with a drop-deck design that provides ground-level loading capability. By lowering the refrigerated storage compartment to ground level, the Avalanche eliminates the need for traditional ramps or lifts during loading and unloading. The design is intended for operations that frequently move heavy products, carts or other temperature-sensitive materials in and out of refrigerated storage, combining the mobility of an over-the-road trailer with easier access at the point of use. Additional heavy-duty features – including a slipper roller suspension system, cushion coupler and 14-ply tires – help ensure dependable performance wherever the mission takes it.
