Charlotte, NC — RoadActive Suspension®, a leading provide of leaf spring suspension enhancements for pickup trucks, announced the addition of Josh Epstein as Director of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships, supporting the company’s continued expansion into fleet, commercial, and strategic partnership channels.

Epstein brings a strong background across the automotive and materials industries, with experience spanning suspension components, wheels, and advanced metals including aluminum and magnesium. His career includes working with global OEM and Tier 1 suppliers, supporting applications across structural and drivetrain systems.
