PRIORITY ONE EARNS TOP WORKPLACE AND SMALL BUSINESS LEADERSHIP AWARDS
St. Petersburg, FL – Priority One Financial Services was
recently recognized as a Top Workplace in Tampa Bay. The virtual F&I company for marine, RV, trailer and equipment dealers has earned a similar distinction for the 5th year in-a-row and 7th time in company history.
Each year, the Tampa Bay Times partners with Energage to survey employees from hundreds of companies across various industries to, measure and rank the top 100. This year, 98% of Priority One employees reported feeling engaged, 98% feel closely aligned, and 97% feel respected and supported.

It’s a place where effort, expertise, and results actually matter.”
Heather Mariscal was also presented with the Small Business Leadership Award for her role as president.
“I really try to lead with kindness,” said Mariscal. “We are all professionals, teammates and coworkers, but we’re also all humans that have high times and low times, health scares and family issues, so I really try to set the tone at the top with empathy and compassion.”
