NASHVILLE, TN — The Women in the Trailer Industry (WITI) Committee, a program of the North American Trailer Dealers Association (NATDA), is pleased to announce Korin Simmons, COO of Complete Concessions, as the recipient of the 2026 Women in the Trailer Industry Scholarship.

Created to support the advancement of women throughout the trailer industry, the scholarship provides opportunities for professional development, industry engagement, and meaningful connections through participation in the NATDA Trailer Show. The program helps remove barriers to attendance while encouraging women to expand their industry knowledge, strengthen professional networks, and explore new opportunities for growth.

Supporting Industry Growth and Professional Development

Korin Simmons stepped into the COO position at her family business, Complete Concession, when her father became unexpectedly ill. Her commitment to learning from others in the industry and building meaningful relationships drives her leadership approach as she works to ensure she has the knowledge needed to move the company forward.

As the 2026 scholarship recipient, Simmons will receive support to attend the 2026 NATDA Trailer Show. At the show, she plans to participate in educational sessions, connect with industry professionals, and engage with the Women in the Trailer Industry community to gain insights that will help her lead Complete Concession into the future.

"The Women in the Trailer Industry Scholarship is designed to create opportunities for women to build meaningful relationships, expand their industry knowledge, and develop as leaders," said LeAnna Koerner, Director of Membership for NATDA. "Korin's commitment to professional growth and enthusiasm for the industry made her an outstanding candidate, and we're excited to welcome her to Nashville this September."

NATDA’s  Women in the Trailer Industry Committee continues to champion initiatives that support professional development, mentorship, and collaboration among women across the light-, medium-, and heavy-duty trailer industry. Through networking opportunities, educational programming, and leadership development initiatives held throughout the year online, NATDA’s WITI program was created in 2023 with a driving purpose to give women a safe space to grow, connect and help each other problem solve while fostering stronger bonds in the trailer industry.

NATDA congratulates Simmons on this well-deserved recognition and looks forward to recognizing her during the WITI session at the 2026 NATDA Trailer Show, taking place September 1-3, 2026, at Music City Center in Nashville, Tennessee.
