NATDA Announces Service Hub Launch at 2027 NATDA Trailer Show
ARLINGTON, VA—The North American Trailer Dealers Association (NATDA) announced the launch of the Service Hub, a new, dedicated destination debuting at the 2027 NATDA Trailer Show in Nashville’s Music City Center. Located in the Karl Dean Ballroom, the Service Hub is designed to complement the exhibit floor by providing a devoted space for strengthening dealership service departments by connecting them with the tools, training, and partners they need to succeed.
As margins on unit sales tighten and a trailer’s lifespan grows, dealerships are expanding into service operations and adding repair shops and parts inventory to drive more consistent revenue.
“By creating a focused environment for service center professionals, NATDA is expanding its commitment to helping dealerships improve profitability, performance, and customer satisfaction,” said Andria Gibbon, CEM, Executive Director of NATDA. “The Service Hub is a direct investment in helping dealers build stronger operations by giving them access to the training, technology, and solutions that keep trailers on the road and customers coming back.”
A Dedicated Space for Service Excellence
The Service Hub will offer a curated experience tailored specifically to dealership service team needs, including:
-
Trailer Service Professional Certification seminars and workshops
-
Technical sessions led by industry leaders such as Dexter, NCM Associates, NATM, and more
-
Exhibitors focused on service tools, parts, technology, and business solutions
-
Networking events and activations designed to foster meaningful connections
The Service Hub will feature dedicated exhibiting hours, along with select overlap with the existing exhibit hall giving attendees opportunities to engage across both environments.
Strengthening the Industry Through Service
The Service Hub reinforces NATDA’s ongoing focus on dealership performance and long-term growth. By centralizing service-specific education, resources, and exhibitors, the initiative is designed to help dealerships operate more efficiently, improve turnaround times, and customer needs.
“The Service Hub is more than a new feature, it’s a step forward for the entire trailer industry,” Gibbon added. “When service departments succeed, dealerships grow stronger and the entire network benefits.”
