Load Trail Welcomes Chad Woodward As Chief Operating Officer
SUMNER, Texas – Load Trail, one of the nation’s leading trailer manufacturers, announced today that Chad Woodward has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer. In this newly created role, Woodward will lead day-to-day operations across Load Trail’s manufacturing locations and help strengthen the systems, processes, and coordination supporting the company’s continued growth.
Woodward brings more than 35 years of manufacturing leadership experience, including senior operations roles with Halliburton and Weatherford. Throughout his career, he has led large, multi-site manufacturing organizations in the United States and internationally, overseeing machining, welding, fabrication, and assembly operations.
He also brings extensive experience improving safety, quality, operational performance, and on-time delivery. Most recently, Woodward served as Vice President of Global Supply Chain for a heavy equipment manufacturer.

As Chief Operating Officer, Woodward will work closely with Load Trail’s leadership team and plant teams to support operational consistency, communication, and continuous improvement across the organization. During his first several weeks, he will visit each Load Trail location to meet employees, listen, and learn more about the company’s operations and culture.
