Kristen Lebaron Joins Airxcel As VP of Strategic Planning and Implementation

WICHITA, Kan.– Airxcel, Inc. announced that Kristen LeBaron has joined the organization as the VP of Strategic Planning and Implementation based in Elkhart, IN. This role is instrumental in transforming strategic goals into actionable initiatives across the Airxcel family of brands.

She will be responsible for translating strategic objectives into actionable project plans, leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating with senior leadership to monitor progress and drive organizational success.
