Big Tex Introduces 25GH Gooseneck Trailer with 12-Foot Hydraulic Dovetail

ADDISON, Texas — Big Tex Trailers introduces the new 25GH Hydraulic Dovetail Gooseneck Trailer, expanding its equipment hauling lineup with a 25,900-lb. GVWR heavy-duty deckover designed for professionals who regularly transport equipment from jobsite to jobsite. Combining powered hydraulic loading with a heavy-duty frame and practical equipment hauling features, the 25GH is designed to simplify loading and help operators maximize time on the job.

The 25GH is equipped with a 12-foot hydraulic dovetail that eliminates the need to deploy and stow traditional loading ramps, delivering a consistent 12-degree loading angle for skid steers, compact track loaders, mini excavators, tractors and other equipment. The system helps reduce setup time and manual effort between jobs, providing operators with a simpler loading solution throughout the workday.

Complementing its powered loading system, the 25GH features a 14-inch, 22-pound I-beam frame with torque tube reinforcement and a 30,000-lb. suspension system. The hydraulic dovetail delivers 12,000 pounds of lift capacity and 10,000 pounds of holding capacity. Together, these features provide the strength and stability needed for demanding equipment-hauling applications.

The 25GH also incorporates practical features designed for day-to-day operation, including a Mega Sized Toolbox that provides convenient storage for tools, chains and other essential equipment. A sliding winch track and integrated stake pockets provide flexibility for loading and securing equipment across a variety of hauling applications. A below-deck spare tire mount keeps the spare protected without sacrificing valuable deck space, allowing operators to maximize available cargo space.
