Belmont Trailers Introduces Three New Low Profile Equipment Trailer Models: EFX, EBX, and ETX

Belmont Trailers is excited to announce the launch of three new low profile equipment trailer models: the EFX, EBX, and ETX Series. Designed to deliver strength, versatility, and an extra-low deck height for easier loading, these models expand Belmont’s equipment lineup with purpose-built solutions for contractors, rental fleets, and equipment professionals demanding performance and durability. 

Engineered for Strength and Simplicity

All three series are built on Belmont’s heavy-duty 8” formed I-beam frame, have an 82” clear deck width between fenders, and feature 2” x 8” treated yellow pine floors, sealed modular wiring harness, grommet mounted LED lights, 1/8” diamond plate fenders, and a high-quality urethane primer and top coat finish. Standard features includes a Demco 2-5/16” EZ Latch adjustable coupler, removable zinc-plated safety chains with stow hooks, 12K drop-leg jack, rub railwith stake pockets and chain pipes, lockable A-frame toolbox, and side step with tractive edge. Available in 14K, 16K, and 20K GVWR configurations, the new low profile models feature Dexter EZ Lube drop axles withself-adjusting brakes (14K & 16K) and torsion axle options with self adjusting brakes (20K). Bed heights range from 22”to 27”, improving load angles and enhancing operator safety.

EFX Series – Low Profile with Ladder Ramps 

The EFX Series is equipped with 5’ spring-assisted ladder ramps with support stands, offering a straightforward and dependable loading solution. With deck lengths from 16’ to 28’ and payload capacities in 14K, 16K, and 20K configurations, the EFX delivers versatility for skid steers, compact equipment, and small machinery. Its extra-low deck height and balanced design make it a practical, high-value choice for everyday equipment hauling.

EBX Series – Beavertail with Full Width Wedge Ramps 

The EBX Series enhances loading efficiency with a 3’ self-cleaning beavertail and full-width wedge ramps. Designed for smoother transitions and reduced load angles, the EBX is ideal for heavier equipment and low-clearance machinery. With deck configurations from 16’ to 28’ and GVWR options up to 20K, the EBX provides durability and professional- grade capability across a wide range of applications. 

ETX Series – Hydraulic Gravity Tilt Convenience 

The ETX Series offers the ultimate in loading convenience with a gravity tilt deck featuring a hydraulic cushion cylinder and a 12-degree load angle. Eliminating the need for ramps, the ETX streamlines loading and unloading while maintaining Belmont’s signature low deck height. Available in deck lengths from 16’ to 24’ (including stationary front deck configurations) and GVWR ratings up to 20K, the ETX is engineered for operators who prioritize speed, simplicity, and efficiency on the jobsite.

Across all three series, Belmont offers a wide range of available options, including spare tire mounts, aluminum wheel upgrades, 14-ply tire upgrades, electric/hydraulic disc brakes, D-rings, winch plates, deck length extensions, gooseneck configurations, reverse lights, mud flaps, and custom paint colors.
