Coleman joins the Airxcel team in Elkhart, IN, with a proven track record in RV product line growth and a reputation for building strong client relationships and driving results.

A Career Rooted in Collaboration and Customer Advocacy
Coleman has over a decade of experience in sales management, account executive roles, and project leadership in the RV and interior design industries. She has driven sales growth, built client relationships, and led teams through rapid expansion, with key experience at Airxcel, Cleer Vision, and other top companies.
