Airxcel Strengthens Financial Leadership With Two Key Appointments

WICHITA, Kan.– Airxcel, Inc. announces two key appointments within its financial leadership team, effective August 1, 2025. Sam Martin has been promoted to Director of Corporate Finance, and Benjie Paul has been named Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Martin began his career at Airxcel as Manager of Financial Reporting and was promoted to Corporate Controller in 2021. During his tenure with Airxcel, Martin has played a key role in integrating Aqua-Hot, Cleer Vision, ECI, and CAN into the Airxcel family of brands and was instrumental in Airxcel’s transition from a privately held company to a public company. Martin was also recognized as part of RV Pro’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2023. As Director of Corporate Finance, he will now lead strategic financial planning and drive fiscal innovation across Airxcel’s 17 brands.

Airxcel also named Benjie Paul as Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Debi Jones, who retired on July 31, 2025. Paul has over 20 years of experience in financial leadership and has worked in the RV industry since 2015. His strong financial expertise and industry insight make him a valuable addition to Airxcel’s leadership team.
