AIRXCEL ANNOUNCES THE RETIREMENT OF CFO DEBI JONES AFTER DECADES OF LEADERSHIP

WICHITA, Kan.-- Airxcel, Inc., a leading designer, manufacturer and distributor of essential products for the RV industry, announces the retirement of Chief Financial Officer Debi Jones, effective July 31, 2025.

Jones began her career with Airxcel in 1991 as the Assistant Controller at Coleman-Mach and grew with the company over the next two decades working as Division Controller, Manager of Financial Reporting, and Director of Finance and Human Resources before taking the CFO role for Airxcel in 2013. During her tenure with Airxcel, Jones spearheaded financial strategy through pivotal acquisitions, global expansion and record growth that cemented Airxcel’s position as a top-tier supplier in the RV industry.

Jones reflects on her time with Airxcel, stating, "It’s been an honor to contribute to Airxcel’s journey, from its foundational years to becoming an industry powerhouse. The lifelong friendships forged here—with teams who are passionate about our products, unwavering in driving positive employee culture,and treat innovation as a mission—are what I’ll cherish most.”

Jones’ impact resonated industry-wide. In 2022, Jones was named a finalist for the RV Women’s Alliance
Trailblazer Award for Lifetime Achievement, recognizing her role in scaling Airxcel into a leading
worldwide RV supplier while mentoring future leaders. Jones plans to focus on family, travel, and
community initiatives post-retirement.
