Arlington, VA. – The 2026 NATDA Trailer Show, held September 1-3 at Nashville's Music City Center, delivered another record-breaking year on several levels, welcoming more than 4,700 industry professionals and 800+ dealerships to the largest event in show history. Total registration increased by more than 10% compared to 2025, while dealership attendance grew an additional 4.4% following last year's 12% increase. The continued growth underscores why the NATDA Trailer Show remains the show dealers never miss, even in a challenging economic climate.

From six football fields of exhibits to expanded education, networking and dealer-focused experiences, the NATDA Trailer Show once again served as the industry's premier destination for discovering new products, building meaningful connections and gaining the insights needed to grow their business.

Dealership Attendance Sees Big Uptick

The 2026 NATDA Trailer Show attracted 6.5% more dealership companies than the previous year, extending the strong growth momentum seen over the past two years. Dealers gathered in Nashville to evaluate new products, connect with manufacturers and suppliers, explore innovative technologies, and participate in educational opportunities focused on improving operations, profitability, and long-term success.

With 88% of attendees holding purchasing influence and dealerships reporting an average projected spend of $555,000, the NATDA Trailer Show remains one of the industry's most important business events of the year, connecting buyers and sellers in an environment built specifically for trailer dealerships.

Education and Training Launch the Week with Record Engagement

Before the exhibit hall opened, hundreds of attendees kicked off their NATDA Trailer Show experience with a robust education program featuring more than 30 expert-led sessions covering dealership operations, marketing, sales, leadership, business growth and industry trends. Many education sessions reached capacity, with several drawing standing-room-only crowds.

Technicians also participated in hands-on training opportunities and NATDA's Trailer Service Professional Certification program, gaining skills and certifications they can immediately apply back at their dealerships. Throughout the day, dealers exchanged ideas, discussed common industry challenges and learned practical strategies they could implement in their businesses. Several training sessions were professionally recorded and will be available online as learning modules this fall as part of NATDA’s Trailer Service Professional Service Certification program.

More Than 1,500 Attendees Pack the NATDA Welcome Party

Following a full day of education, more than 1,500 attendees gathered for the NATDA Welcome Party, one of the most anticipated events of the week.

The carnival-themed celebration featured everything from games and giveaways to palm readings and interactive entertainment. The relaxed atmosphere of the Welcome Party gave attendees an opportunity to reconnect with longtime industry friends while meeting new faces.

A Proud Veteran Tradition Opens the 2026 Show Floor

On September 2, attendees gathered for the official Opening Procession and National Anthem to officially open the show floor. Veterans proudly carried the American flag, followed by a performance of the National Anthem by country music recording artist Kyle Mercer, who brought the industry together in a moment of reflection and pride.

The ceremony provided a meaningful start to two days of business, innovation and discovery on the show floor while honoring those who have served our country.

Six Football Fields of Products, Equipment and Innovation

The sold-out show floor with 310+ exhibitors remained the centerpiece of the 2026 NATDA Trailer Show experience.

With over 325,000 square feet of exhibit space, extending into the lobby and surrounding streets, the show floor showcased the latest trailers, parts, accessories, technology and dealership services from leading industry manufacturers and suppliers.

Dealers spent two full days exploring new products, meeting with exhibitors and discussing partnership opportunities. Live demonstrations, product launches, and emerging technologies gave attendees a firsthand look at solutions designed to improve operations and drive profitability.

Every aisle was filled with business conversations as dealers reconnected with longtime partners, discovered new suppliers and evaluated products that could help them better serve their customers.

Innovation Showcase Connects Dealers with What’s Next

The Innovation Showcase continued to be a major attraction, featuring more than 30 exhibitors showcasing products and technologies designed to help dealerships operate more efficiently and better serve customers.

The interactive text-to-vote competition encouraged dealers to engage directly with exhibitors while recognizing the products generating the greatest excitement on the show floor. The program provided increased visibility for participating companies and gave attendees an opportunity to play an active role in highlighting innovations shaping the future of the industry.

Ultimate Prize Giveaway Keeps the Excitement Going

The excitement continued throughout the week with NATDA's Ultimate Prize Giveaways, which awarded $15,000 in cash prizes throughout the event. Throughout the Show, dealers crowded around sponsor booths and event spaces for drawings ranging from $500 cash prizes to the coveted $10,000 Ultimate Cash Giveaway.

The giveaways culminated on the show floor as hundreds of dealers gathered for the drawing of the $10,000 grand prize, creating one of the week's most anticipated moments.

The Industry Continues to Show Up

"The double-digit growth we've seen over the past two years speaks volumes about the value the industry places on coming together," said Rick McConnell, CEO of Trifecta Collective LLC. "People come to Nashville to see new products, strengthen relationships, learn from one another and find opportunities that help their businesses grow. This year's attendance and engagement prove that the NATDA Trailer Show continues to be one of the most important gatherings in the trailer industry."

"The energy this year was incredible," said Andria Gibbon, CEM, Executive Director of NATDA. "From packed education sessions and a Welcome Party filled with new and familiar faces to a buzzing show floor and strong participation throughout the week, the industry showed up in a big way. The continued growth in both overall attendance and dealership participation demonstrates that professionals see tremendous value in coming together to learn, connect, discover new products and invest in the future of their businesses."

Record attendance, continued dealership growth and a sold-out show floor highlighted another successful year for the NATDA Trailer Show. Combined with expanded education, networking opportunities and interactive experiences throughout the week, the event reinforced its role as the premier gathering place for trailer dealerships and the companies that support them.
