For 2024, NATDA has partnered with Map Your Show as the NATDA Trailer Show's official exhibitor software. Within Map Your Show's platform, the Exhibitor Dashboard gives 2024 exhibitors a plethora of information as well as links directly to things such as housing, badge registration, Fern's Exhibitor Service Kit, and more. All exhibitors should have received login credentials for the dashboard already. However, if you need it to be resent, please contact Director, Exhibits & Partnerships Corey Langley at corey@natda.org.

Badge Registration
- How do I register my staff? Links to the Exhibitor Registration portal can be found in your Map Your Show Exhibitor Dashboard. Please DO NOT register via natda.org.
- How many employees can I have working in my booth? 4 badges are permitted for every 100 sq ft you have contracted. (EX: 400 sq ft = 16 badges). For exhibitors with 2500 sq ft or more, the maximum allotment of badges is 50.
Exhibitor Logistics Information
- Where can I find important exhibitor deadlines? All important deadlines found in the Exhibitor Service Manual provided by Fern, a link to which can be found in your Map Your Show Exhibitor Dashboard. If you did not receive your Exhibitor Service Manual, please email Director, Exhibits & Partnerships Corey Langley at corey@natda.org.
- When will I know what day my company will be moving into the exhibit hall? This information will be loaded into your Fern Exhibitor Service Manual, a link to which can be found in your Exhibitor Dashboard. However, to get an estimate of what you're move-in may look like, please e-mail NATDA Director, Exhibits & Partnerships Corey Langley, at corey@natda.org or call 727-360-0304 x103 to discuss options.

The Music City Center provides FREE WiFi throughout the entire building, including the exhibit halls. Exhibitors are welcome to take advantage of the free WiFi but do still have the option to pay for dedicated, wired service. Instructions on doing so will be available in the 2024 Exhibitor Service Kit.
NATDA works with only a few outside sources to help produce the NATDA Trailer Show. Any other sources contacting exhibitors are likely spam, and we suggest you delete and terminate communication with them. All communication will come from the sources listed or an official NATDA staff member.

The breakdown of the NATDA Trailer Show is a 6 to 8-hour process, involving over 250 companies. While the event staff works as quickly as possible, picking up a trailer, which is completely dependent on the trailer’s location on the floor, is NOT an immediate process. A driver or dealer’s lack of understanding of the process could result in a poor experience. To make it easier on them, please be sure to contact Fern prior to the show to discuss what dealers and 3rd-party drivers should to do pick up any units.
Several transportation companies can pick up and deliver units for dealers, some of which exhibit at the NATDA Trailer Show an already have a relationship with show staff. Once obtained, please provide all 3rd-party contact (driver or account manager) and trailer/truck bed unit information (manufacturer, model number, color, etc.) to your Fern representative.
