Position Summary

  • Join one of the fastest growing companies in the area as an Inside Sales Representative. Currently the company is seeking an outstanding individual that can assist growing our company primarily in open trailer markets. This position will require a self starter and creative planner as well as an organized individual that can follow up with multiple lead sources concurrently. This position may require some travel.

Position Responsibilities

  • Extensive knowledge of Norstar products and offerings and continuous competitive research and market offerings
  • Continuous building of improved dealer relationships, account research and prospecting
  • Continuous performance to meetcompany goals and expectations
  • Log calls and activities in company CRM program
  • Input quotes and confirmations into ERP system
  • Monitor sales order and work order progress as needed to ensure delivery dates
  • Arrange shipments via approved carriersfor product delivery
  • Coordinate shipments with the shipping department
  • Continuous communication with accounting andproduction to alert of any concerns
  • Occasional travel to meet outside dealerships 
  • Occasional travel to trade show to represent Norstar products
  • Additional Customer Service related duties as assigned

Experience Required

  • Stable work history
  • Professional demeanor in person, over the phone and via email
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday 8:00 - 5:00
  • Proven ability to work efficiently and independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Punctuality and continuous attendance required
  • Winning attitude and dedication to ensuring Company growth
  • 3+ years previous sales history, B2B experience a plus
  • Degree preferred
