Ronnie Enns

Founder and CEO of Happy Trailers, a multi-location full-service trailer dealership in Texas. Ronnie grew up in northeast Texas, home to many of the nation’s largest black-iron trailer manufacturers. He started his career in the trailer industry at the age of 19 and is now the CEO of Happy Trailers. Ronnie has a passion for seeing continued growth and maturity in the trailer industry and he enjoys sharing insights from his experience.

Starting with a single location and no employees, Ronnie experienced every part of a trailer dealership—hauling loads of trailers, unstacking, sales, inventory management, and service. Today he focuses on team health and organizational clarity to scale, strengthen partnerships, and deliver an elevated customer experience.

When he’s not at the office or visiting a store, Ronnie enjoys time with his wife and two kids. He’s an avid outdoor cook, traveler, and aviation enthusiast.
