Jasmine Spencer

Jasmine Spencer is the Towing Program Manager for U-Haul International, Inc. With more than two decades at U-Haul, she oversees production, rental rates and procedures, repair standards, and national campaigns for all U-Haul towing devices across the U.S. and Canada. Jasmine joined the company in 2002 and has built her career in a male dominated industry, an experience that has brought both challenges and deep fulfillment as she has continued to grow, learn, and lead.

A strong believer in hands-on learning, Jasmine regularly tests new U-Haul towing equipment herself and tows her own horse trailer. She actively seeks feedback from both customers and team members, always looking for new perspectives to improve safety, usability, and the overall towing experience.

As a working mom who recently became an empty nester, Jasmine has spent her career balancing professional responsibility with the joys (and chaos) of motherhood. Outside of work, she is passionate about her family, fostering animals, riding horses, traveling, Pilates, reading, and of course anything with wheels, hitches, or axles.

Jasmine brings authenticity, curiosity, and a lifelong love of trailers to her work, and she remains committed to elevating safety, quality, and innovation across the towing industry.
