Exhibitors

4 badges are permitted for every 100 sq ft you have contracted.  (EX: 400 sq ft = 16 badges).  For exhibitors with 2,500 sq ft or more, the maximum allotment of badges is 85.

Exhibitors with badges are welcome to attend select lecture sessions at no charge - tickets are recommended.  (Select panels or roundtables may be excluded.)

Having a celebrity or influencer at your booth? These special attendees require a media badge, so please contact Susan Bishop to register your guest.

Trailer and Truck Bed Manufacturers & Suppliers

(non-exhibiting companies)

NATDA MEMBERS: Current Manufacturer and Vendor NATDA members, who are not exhibiting, are permitted to walk the show floor.  There is no charge for current NATDA members to attend, however an appointment must be set to meet with a member of NATDA’s Sales Team in order to pick your badge up onsite.

Your membership must be valid through September 2, 2024 and you must agree to the non-solicitation clause prior to receiving your badge.

NATDA NON-MEMBERS: A 1-day pass fee is $150 per badge.  A 1-day pass only applies to businesses that have never attended the show and are interested in exhibiting.  If you’ve previously attended a show, your company will not be approved to walk the floor again.

Please contact Rachel Grundner to register for your 1-day pass.

Each representative from your organization must sign a non-solicitation agreement, acknowledging that nobody from your company will solicit your business during your attendance at any or all NATDA Trailer Show events.

A supplier, as defined by NATDA, is either a service provider – financial institution, insurance provider, website or software developer, business solutions, etc. – or a parts & components manufacturer or distributor. Parts & components categories frequently found at our show consist of axle and components, brake assemblies, brake controls and actuators, cargo and outdoor gear, chemicals and coating, electrical and lighting, hitches, jacks, couplers and winches, suspension systems, tires and wheels, trailer components, and related products.

Media

Anyone requesting a media badge must cover the NATDA Trailer Show as a journalist for film, print, radio, or digital media. The media cannot solicit exhibitors.

Any media member, or anyone with a media group who wishes to sell ad space or solicit sponsorships/partnerships at the NATDA Trailer Show, must apply as an exhibitor. Any sales/solicitation must take place within the confines of your organization’s assigned booth.

Please contact Susan Bishop to request a media badge for admittance to the NATDA Trailer Show.

The 2024 NATDA Trailer Show is not open to the public.
