Prior to that, he started his career in the television industry with NBC Universal in Beijing, China and New York City, working on a variety of projects including the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics, the Super Bowl, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, and Saturday Night Live.

Ken Barnes

Raised in a small town in Oklahoma, Ken Barnes graduated with a degree in Automotive Technology and a minor in Business Administration from nearby Pittsburg State University. Prior to DealerPRO Training, Ken spent 25 years in Fixed Operations Departments working for franchised auto dealers as a technician, then shop foreman and, ultimately, Fixed Operations Director for a large dealer organization overseeing 300 employees, grossing over $800,000 per month in Fixed Ops. Currently the Director of Sales Operations for DealerPRO Training, he has worked with hundreds of dealerships for the last 12 years. Ken’s vast experience in the U.S. and Canada, helping dealers increase profits in Fixed Operations and improve their overall performance, has brought him to the forefront as being one of the industry’s most knowledgeable guest speakers. He presents workshops at NADA Performance 20 groups, RVDA, NTP Stag, and Hunter Engineering-sponsored workshops among others.

Johnathan Bradley

Johnathan Bradley is the Vice President of Sales for the #1 Professional-Grade Trailer Brand in the country, Big Tex Trailers. Although still very young, Johnathan has extensive experience in the trailer industry for over fifteen years. Johnathan’s tenure has been in both the wholesale space, where he has managed large sales teams representing hundreds of millions of dollars in annual revenue, as well as the retail space where he has operated and managed retail trailer dealerships. Johnathan’s expertise includes extensive sales and marketing insights, sales training and product management skills. Johnathan is also a member of the NATM Marketing Committee.

Mark Podeyn

Mark Podeyn has been involved in the Trailer and RV Industry since 1987. He has been a sales person, a location manager, a multi-lot retailer, wholesale parts distributor, service tech and consultant. His current business, Action RV, in New Mexico is the premier Trailer & RV service center in his state and his margins and profits are among the best in the business. Mark was the founding Chairman of the original Trailer Dealer 20 Group and currently does consulting work with both dealership and stand-alone service shops around the country. Mark was also recently introduced as an RV Technical Institute Subject Matter Expert, where he plays a key role in the development of RVIA’s technician curriculum focusing on fiberglass body, aluminum skin repair and suspension/chassis training and testing development.

Annette M. Sandberg, Esq.

Annette Sandberg is the CEO of TransSafe Consulting, LLC, Of Counsel with the law firm – Scopelitis, Garvin, Light, Hanson and Feary and serves on the Board of Directors of Quality Distribution, Inc. and Board of Directors for the American Transportation Research Institute. She’s served as Administrator of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. Prior to that, Ms. Sandberg served as Deputy Administrator of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. A nationally recognized expert in law enforcement and public safety, she led the Washington State Patrol as Chief for 6 years. An attorney by training, Ms. Sandberg received her law degree in 1993 and is licensed to practice law in Alaska and Washington State.

Annette provides valuable insights into the regulatory and safety landscape facing the industry. Her depth of experience and her continued leadership within transportation and logistics provides valuable information on the security and regulatory needs of the industry.

Brad Stanek

Brad Stanek has worked in the financial services industry since 1993, becoming an investment professional with Morgan Stanley in 2009 through a predecessor firm. Initially with Merrill Lynch, he came to Morgan Stanley to provide clients with a full range of financial services and investment advice from one of the largest firms on Wall Street. As Senior Vice President – Wealth Management, he focuses on the financial planning for executives and business owners using an uncommon investment management style designed to provide superior risk/return results. Brad is also a Certified Financial Planner and is registered in all 50 states. His focus is on financial planning and exit planning for business owners in the Appliance and Electronics, Power Sports and Outdoor Power Equipment industries. Brad earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Indiana University. Residents of Barrington, IL, he and his wife, Debra, are proud parents of two boys, Gavin and Joel.

Megan Swank graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in accounting and a minor in Economics. After graduating, she found herself working in the banking industry for three years before stumbling upon White Spruce Trailer Sales in 2009. Having now been in the industry for ten years, the proud mother of two, who now occupies the titles of Owner and Chief Executive Officer, has helped White Spruce grow into one of the top trailer dealerships in the country.
