Based on countless surveys and feedback from previous exhibitors and dealers, having a successful show depends simply on your marketing efforts. NATDA is here to help to ensure that dealers come to your booth and have outlined some helpful tips that will make the best out of your exhibitor experience this year! By utilizing these marketing methods, you should experience increased traffic at your booth. Here are top marketing/advertising opportunities that have proven to be successful (we are excited about making the best out of attending the 2019 NATDA Trade Show & Convention).
Postcard Mailing Program — to relieve you of the stresses that ensue when undertaking a marketing campaign on your own, we have developed some fantastic marketing opportunities for you to take advantage of leading up to the show! It’s never too late to mail invitations or postcards inviting dealers to your booth, dealer meetings and/or important event(s) you are hosting. Mail invites have proven to increase traffic at your booth. NATDA can assist with printing and postage.
Advertising in NATDA Magazine
— advertising consistently continues to be one of the most effective means of communicating with potential customers and alerts dealers of your presence at the 2019 NATDA Trade Show & Convention. Trade Show & Association Sponsorships — sponsorship is a wonderful way of highlighting your company at the 2019 NATDA Trade Show & Convention, while demonstrating your support to the dealers, industry and NATDA. NATDA has created unique sponsorship opportunities that will greatly increase awareness of your company. Make certain to take advantage of these great opportunities that will be sure to attract dealers to your booth. We have every sponsorship you can think of from show bag inserts, show lanyards, dealer lounge, the possibilities are endless.
Show Only Special — great deals and discounts on your product(s) are a huge draw to dealers:
• You decide the terms and details, anything from price to freight discounts **free participation**
• Must be available only to dealers attending the 2019 NATDA Trade Show & Convention
• Participation will be promoted on the Trade Show directory sign and in the NATDA Magazine
New Product Display — at the 2019 NATDA Trade Show & Convention, attendees will be able to visit the 2019 New Product Display in the high traffic NATDA Dealers Lounge to see the newest and hottest products of the trailer industry.
• Only available to exhibiting vendors (all entries must be received by June 28, 2019)
• Product must have been introduced between September 9, 2018 and September 1, 2019
