Learning to Compete Against Bigger Dealer Competitors

Saint Petersburg, FL (April 10, 2017) – In continuation of its year-long focus on dealer education, the North American Trailer Dealers Association (NATDA) announces registration is open for its FREE May webinar, Learning to Compete Against Bigger Dealer Competitors. The program, hosted by AM Consulting’s Mark Wagner, will take place on May 25, 2017, at 2:00 PM EST.

Wagner will discuss several key topics designed on simplifying the path towards improvements for any trailer dealership, especially when fighting amongst the larger competition. He will address a dealership’s goals and where they should be, why culture and image are important, how to increase profit by 25-35% with a proven, simple system and what keeps a dealership and its employees at a strong level.

As an independent dealer and consultant, Wagner has experience in several industries, ranging from computer technology to the trailer industry. Up until 2016, Wagner owned and operated a successful, independent dealership with four locations.
