2020 NATDA Trailer Show's Increased Safety Precautions

Dear Valued Members,

First and foremost, rest assured that we are definitively moving forward as planned for the 2020 NATDA Trailer Show on September 2-4, 2020 and we can't wait to welcome you all to Nashville, TN. Please know that we're working closely with the city of Nashville, the Music City Center and all local hotels to increase necessary safety precautions. We are closely monitoring the situation and will update you on potential implementations as we move closer to the event. However, we can share with you our new sanitation methods at the show:

  • Educational seminars will have increased space between individual attendees to allow for more personal space
  • The registration area will allow for contact-less self-check-in and pick-up of show materials
  • Increased "social distancing" opportunities and safer, alternative catering options in all networking events to allow individuals to distance themselves at their discretion

We've encouraged all exhibitors to create a "contact-free" approach to this year's show. We recommend using our annual app in lieu of business cards, eliminate handshakes at the show, and bring personal hand sanitizer with you as additional measures.

If you have any concerns or questions on the practices being put in place, please contact Andria Gibbon, CEM at andria@natda.org.
