NATDA Trailer Show
  • When and where is this year's show taking place? The 2021 NATDA Trailer Show will take place September 1-3, 2021 in Nashville, Tennessee.
  • Where can I find important exhibitor deadlines? All important deadlines and approved vendors can be found in the Exhibitor Kit.

  • How do I register my staff? Registration information coming soon!
  • How many employes can I have working in my booth? Currently, there is no limit! Generally, we recommend having at least one salesperson that understands your product from the dealership's point of view.
  • Does NATDA have discounted hotel rooms available? Yes! CLICK HERE to reserve your room today!

  • My company is planning a dealer event, such as a party or meeting, during the show. Can NATDA do anything to help promote it? Yes! Email NATDA Director of Operations & Events Andria Gibbon, CEM at andria@natda.org or call 727-360-0304 x102.
  • When will I know what day my company will be moving into the exhibit hall? While NATDA strives to deliver this information as quickly as possible, many factors, such as additional sold space, etc., come into play. NATDA will provide this information as soon as it has been finalized.
Trailer Parts Expo
  • What is the Trailer Parts Expo and how can I register? The Trailer Parts Expo is the official NATDA Trailer Show, exhibitors-only launch party. Network with potential partners or connect with current ones while enjoying food, drinks and music on the show floor. Registration information coming soon!
  • Is there a cost to attend the Trailer Parts Expo? Only exhibitors who have purchased a booth may attend the 2021 NATDA Trailer Show - but it is FREE! There is no cost for additional staff to attend either the Trailer Show or the Trailer Parts Expo.
New Product Display

Deadline: July 15, 2021 July 26, 2021 

Are you releasing a new product at the 2021 NATDA Trailer Show? Have you recently released a new product that you would like to highlight at this year's event? Take advantage of this FREE opportunity to put your new product on display.

This year, the New Product Display will have a new look; the area will also host this year's innaugural Trailer Parts Expo!

In order to submit your product, please fill out the online application no later than July 15, 2021 July 26, 2021.  New Product Display Application

This year, products will be on display on one of two counter size options. NATDA will choose the counter display that fits yoru prodcut based on the specifications submitted in your application above. Some products may share a larger counter. Should you product exceed the specifications necessary to display on one of our counters, NATDA will contact you regarding additional display options that may be available in limited quanitity.

NEW! Customize your display! Upgrade to custom graphics for just $150. Besides additional branding exposure, custom graphcis will guarantee your own, individual counter - regardless of size. If you select this option during the application process, you will be contacted separately for payment and graphhic design requirements based on the size of your counter. Your graphic will be placed at the front of your counter (panel A facing into the lounge).

In order to submit your product, please fill out the online application no later than July 15, 2021 July 26, 2021.  New Product Display Application

Requirements

The New Product Display is open to Vendor exhibitors ONLY and the submission must be a physical product that can be on display at the event; service(s) will not qualify.  Product must have been released after November 16, 2020. 

Logistics

Product must be brought to the display area (Expo Lounge) on the show floor between the hours of 8am-12pm on Wednesday September 1, 2021.  Vendors have the option to include their product in a raffle drawing for NATDA dealer attendees hosted by NATDA.  Should the vendor not choose to give away the product, products must be picked up at the end of the show on Friday, September 3, 2021 between 2pm-3pm.  Any products left after that time may be discarded. 

Trailer Parts Expo

NEW this year, NATDA is excited to host the Trailer Parts Expo on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 between the hours of 3pm-5pm.  The Expo is an exhibitor-to-exhibitor networking event for manufacturers and vendors to connect prior to the show opening to dealer attendees on Thursday.  The event will take place in the Expo Lounge, which is also the location of the New Product Display.  If you have a new product on display, we suggest you staying near your display counter in order to answer any questions about your new product during the event. 

Dealer Raffle

As in years’ past, NATDA will be raffling off products submitted to the new product display to dealer attendees on the last day of the show. Exhibitors in the New Product Display will have the option to choose to participate in the raffle during the application process.  Participants are NOT required to be a part of the raffle.

Pre-Show Marketing

Thank you for exhibiting at the 2021 NATDA Trailer Show!  It is our mission to ensure that you have a successful show and encourage you to take advantage of our pre-show marketing opportunities.  Based on countless surveys and feedback from previous exhibitors and dealers, having a successful show depends simply on your marketing efforts.  NATDA is here to help to ensure that dealers come to your booth and have outlined some helpful tips that will make the best out of your exhibitor experience this year!  By utilizing these marketing methods, you increase your chances at seeing more dealers in your booth.  Here are top marketing/advertising opportunities that have proven to be successful!​​

Postcard Mailing Program

To relieve you of the stresses that ensue when undertaking a marketing campaign of your own, NATDA has developed some fantastic marketing opportunities for you to take advantage of leading up to the show. It's never too late to mail invitations or postcards, inviting current or prospective dealers to your booth, dealer meetings or important events you're hosting. Mailed invitations have proven to increase traffic at your booth. Let NATDA assist you with printing and postage, so that you can focus on everything else!

Advertising in NATDA Magazine

Advertising in the NATDA Magazine continues to be one of the most effective means of communicating with potential customers and alerting dealers of your presences at the 2021 NATDA Trailer Show. Let dealers know who - and what - they can expect to see at this year's show! Trailer Show & Association Sponsorships

New Product Display

Every year, the New Product Display is the most-visited portion of the show for dealers looking to find the newest and most innovative the trailer industry has to offer. Participation in the New Product Display is only available to exhibiting vendors (all entries must be received by July 30, 2021 and only available to products introduced after November 16, 2020.

The Music City Center provides FREE WiFi throughouth the entire building, including the exhibit halls. Exhibitors are welcome to take advantage of the free WiFi, but do still have the option to pay for dedicated, wired service. Instructions on doing so can be found in the 2021 NATDA Trailer Show Exhibitor Kit.

Move-in and Move-out

The Move-in and Move-out schedule, including times and designated doors, will be distributed soon to all applicable exhibitors. This section will also include important notes on both the move-in and move-out process. We encourage all exhibitors to refer back to this section prior 30 days in advance of the 2021 NATDA Trailer Show for the most up-to-date information.
