Planning for Education

We received some very good feedback on the Education Programs in 2009. At the 2010 show we need your suggestions to ensure a program that everyone will enjoy. Would you like to see smaller "workshop" education that is broken down into specific topics? Do you like having a general meeting on broader topics? (Sales, Service, Parts, etc.) How long should the education classes be? Should they be offered more than once? Should we multipe sessions going on at the same time, repeated on several days?
