Bill Carr
Bill Carr is the Director of Management Services for Rainmaker Consulting, a leading provider of Dealership Management Software and Consulting Services to the Trailer Industry. Bill has spent most of his last 30 years working one-on-one with Owners of dealerships in the Trailer, RV and Manufactured Housing Industries for the purpose of keeping their dealerships profitable, stable and generating a positive cash flow – regardless of what is happening in the business cycle and economy.
Chad Carr
Chad Carr is the president of Rainmaker Consulting, which traces it’s roots back to 1976 and has been providing Dealership Software and Consulting services to the Trailer Industry for over 10 years. Chad’s clients range from small four person shops to some of the largest and most recognizable names in the industry. Rainmaker has spent decades studying the best practices of successful dealerships which they use to help dealers increase their profit and overall financial stability. Over the last few years, Chad has been very active with NATDA providing education programs and materials for member dealers. He is a regular contributor to the NATDA magazine.
Gary Hellweg
Gary Hellweg is the Sales Manager for LINK Towing, a division of NTP Distribution. He has over 36 years of experience in towing parts and accessories. Gary spent 15 years with U-Haul in which he was instrumental in starting their hitch installation business. He then spent 15 years with Drawtite (Cequent) where he was a regional sales manager. Six years ago Gary started the LINK towing division of NTP Distribution. He wrote the business plan, created the catalog, increase product offerings, and manages the division. Gary has helped towing and trailer customers benefit from inventory control for several years. He has experience from manual systems to elaborate computerized systems. He has been calling on trailer and towing accounts for many years and is very familiar with their day to day operations. Gary Hellweg and LINK Towing has been a proud supporter of NATDA since its inception.
John Underwood
John Underwood is president and founder of Selling Edge, LLC, a marketing, sales and sales management firm that has been serving the retail industry for nearly 25 years. John specializes in retail sales of Factory Built Housing, RV’s, Trailers and Boats and over the past few years has become very active with NATDA organization and his articles can be found in the NATDA magazine. John has helped clients across America implement sales and sales management systems that have helped significantly increase sales in virtually every market.
Kevin Wallenbeck
Kevin Wallenbeck is the president and all around web guru at InteractTrailer Web Services. InteractTrailer helps specialty trailer dealers, of all sizes, drive more visitors to their websites, convert more of those visitors to qualified leads, and sell more trailers. Kevin is excited to be working with NATDA and helping dealers grow their dealership.
Gary Motley
Gary is a RVIA/RVDA Master Certified RV Technician and a member of the RVDA Learning Center Faculty. Since 1963 Gary has served in all capacities of the RV industry. He began while in high school as a lot porter and progressed to become the General Manager of a large RV dealership. He also worked with factories in sales, management, and product development. Gary owned and operated his own dealership for ten years before selling it. He has operated a stand-alone RV Service Center since 1993. For the past several years Gary has gone into RV dealerships to help dealers improve their Fixed Operations profitability. He has been a very popular speaker at the RVDA convention for the past several years speaking on all areas of Fixed Operations. He frequently addresses dealer associations on these subjects.
